From an idea to a growing creator network
EditFlow launched in April 2025, out of a simple observation: if you upload regularly, you spend more time in editing software than in front of the camera. Since then, we've been connecting channels with editors and designers. You pick a level, share a link to your raw footage, and get your finished video back: no bidding, no price negotiation, at fixed base prices from €10.
Our mission
Video editing should be predictable. That's why every level has one fixed price: you know upfront what you pay and what's included. Communication runs through the platform instead of scattered chat threads, so questions and revisions don't get lost, and you can plan your upload schedule around it.
Our vision
A network where both sides benefit: creators find reliable people for editing, thumbnails, and branding instead of searching from scratch for every project. Editors and designers get real, paid projects instead of unpaid test assignments. We grow with the channels we work with, and want to stay reachable as more volume comes in.

The people behind EditFlow
Tim
Founder / Creative DirectorTim takes the brief, decides which level an order lands in, hands it to an editor and reviews the result before it goes back to the client. The level system the studio runs on is his.
Nicolas
Founder / DevelopmentNicolas builds and runs the technical side: this site, the order and invoice system behind it, and the Discord bot that keeps the two in sync. Client web projects go through him as well.
Felipe
Editor · Level 3Felipe handles gaming edits end to end — he reads the brief, quotes the job and delivers. A recent project meant rebuilding an on-screen UI frame by frame and re-syncing the audio across the whole cut. Works in English.
Martin
Community ManagerMartin looks after the community: partnerships with other servers and creators, giveaways and events — and support when the tickets pile up.
Dario
SalesDario focuses primarily on support—handling tickets, answering questions, and resolving issues. He also looks after the community, including partnerships, giveaways, and events.
